Directions:  Use as a dietary supplement, hold nozzle 1" one inch from mouth, spray twice and swallow.  Use once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  Shake well before each use.   

 

Storage:  Keep closed in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
