Directions:  1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  If using medications known to adversely affect the intestinal microflora such as antibiotics, take this product several hours before or after their use. 

 

Storage:  Keep in Refridgerator, out of reach of children. 

Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. Do not use if tamper seal is damaged.
